Seasonal RV Site

- Includes one pumpout weekly on select river sites.
- Seasonal Rates do not include electricity. Charge for electricity usage is $0.16 per kilowatt.
- Prime Seasonal Sites are along the river and along the perimeter on the south end of the park
- Additional pumpouts are available upon request at posted rates.

Rate Policies, Terms & Conditions
- More than 4 people: $3.00 additional per person per day (6 years and older)
- Check in: 3:00 PM / Check out Time: 1:00 PM
- Visitors of Registered Campers: must check in at the office and pay $3.00 per person per day or $5.00 per person for overnight guests
- Specific Site Requests will be honored to the best of our ability, but cannot be guaranteed
- Deposit: a non-refundable payment of the full reservation is required to reserve a site
- Regular Weekends: two night minimum
- Holiday Weekends: 3 night minimum
- Pets allowed -no need to register them – Must be on a leash at all times and picked up after.
- Transfer/Change Reservation: if you are not able to use your reserved site, we can move your reservation to another available date. The non-refundable payment will then be applied to the new reservation. If you are not able to find another date that works for you, your deposit (less one night’s fee) will be refunded only if we are able to rebook your site.
- No Firearms allowed
- No Fireworks allowed
Seasonal Storage & Additional Fees:
ATVs
- $10 per month (includes trailer) for two units.
- $5 per month each additional unit.
Trailers
- $25 per month
Boats
- $25 per month
Pump-outs
- $10 each (if scheduled in the office by 5:00 on Sunday)
- $25 each (non-scheduled or weekend Friday thru Sunday evening )
- $25 each (weekend Friday thru Sunday)
- $30 each for large holding tanks (if scheduled)
- $175 season (once weekly)
Electricity
- $0.16 per kilowatt hour
Winter Storage (October – April)
- $75 golf carts
- $1.50 per square foot boats/other
- $500 additional units on additional sites
Backhoe Use:
- $50 per hour/1 hour minimum charge
